职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责快餐店的整体运营管理工作，带领全店员工完成公司下达的各项经营指标。
2、负责快餐店良好组织氛围的塑造和人员素质的管理，保证员工对企业的满意度。
3、负责做好快餐店的服务管理、菜品管理、客户关系管理、应急事件管理、安保管理、卫生保洁 管理等，保证顾客的满意度。.
任职条件：
1. 本科以上学历，年龄28-40岁之间
2. 三年以上的快餐店行业管理经验,要求有连锁店店长经验.
3、懂前厅及后橱管理,熟悉各岗位职责和内容,能够制定相关的岗位制度,
4、有一定的逻辑思维和应变能力,学习能力强,有一定的培训能力.
5、连锁快餐门店独立经营管理工作经验，有很强的执行力,能够独当一面.
