职位描述
Objective
In this role you will provide ongoing support to the SCM including data verification, compliance, and co-ordination with the fulfillment team.
Key Accountabilities
- Client data validation and compliance.
- Create and manage all print templates for our Clients
- Manage the distribution queries for the our Clients
- Co-ordinate with the fulfillment team on process compliance for New Client launches
- Co-ordinate with fulfillment team on packaging/consumables design and procurement
- Create SOP’s/WI’s for fulfillment processes
Knowledge & Experience
- 3-5 years experience in 3rd Party Logistics Industry.
- Dynamic Worker who has experience with working in a Western Culture.
- Knowledge of the Chinese supply chain management system.
- Order fulfillment and distribution knowledge
- Excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively.
- Must be able to take initiative and be willingly to learn.
- Time Sensitivity is a must.
- Able to work independently and willingly to take new challenges.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent skills in different formats of reports & presentations.
- Must be a self-starter, independent worker
