Job Purpose:
o Assess the overall business and information needs of Newell Rubbermaid Sales and Supply Chain functions with the view to improve the business processes, efficiency and productivity.
o Provide business intelligence and analytics reporting needs ( with support of CIS development Team when required).
o Provide applications and systems support to ensure business continuity.
o Prepare technical/business documentations, user guides in relation to processes and software applications.
o Educate and train users to ensure applications and systems are operating as intended.
o Assist consistent data maintenance, business processes, configurations, ERP implementations and associated projects.

Main Responsibilities :
? To investigate and analyze business requirements.
? To provide ERP and related software support in sales, distribution and manufacturing, supply chain planning and execution.
? To support business reporting requirements from ERP and/or BI tools.
? To prepare technical/business documentation and user guides.
? To assist on data maintenance and configuration.
? To ensure consistent configuration and business processes across the region.
? To assist in ERP implementations and other related projects throughout the region, (Including testing).
? To prepare and to train application users.

? Business Process Improvement
? Support of the business in relation to resolving ERP and software related issues.
? Business Continuity
? Quality technical/business documentations and user guides
? End user skill transfers
? Implement quality business systems and reporting

Qualifications:
? Proficiency in English (mandatory)
? A university degree or equivalent in Business (Supply chain or information systems) and minimum of 2 years working experience in the Supply chain/manufacturing area or IT business analysis area (mandatory).

Knowledge & Skills :
? Strong business acumen especially in the area of supply chain management and manufacturing (mandatory), preferable in the FMCG industry.
? Knowledge of MRP, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution processes
? Technical IT Skills:
o Some aspect of business analysis skill (highly desirable)
o Movex/SAP (Highly desirable, training can be arranged)
o Understand ERP, SQL, COGNOS and databases would be advantageous
o Microsoft Sharepoint, Visio and Excel.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Team Player with flexible approach
