Job Description:

Primary focus will be to help PIE engineer to provide technical support to the line to ensure stable production, follow up the engineering change order, response for work instruction creation and update, ERP routine maintenance, assist the production supervisor to train the line leader and worker, implement the shopfloor management to reach KPI target.

Responsibilities:

· Engineering change order follow up, download and manage the related file from Keytech system.

· Update and issue the working instruction according to the change.

· Cycle time measurement

· ERP system Routine creation and labor time maintenance

· Support IE engineer to implement equipment maintenance

· Train the worker to be skillful for product assembly and machine operation

· Implement Process and Quality check and audit

· Work with PMC and Quality department to implement shopfloor management

· Trouble shooting on equipment break down

· Defect part analysis and improvement

· Other tasks assign by the Superiors

Requirements/Qualification:

· Mechanical/Electrical engineering /IE Bachelor

· At least 2 years experience in production or PIE field, multinational corporation experience is preferred.

· Experience in equipment adjustment, production line / assembly fixture design and setup

· Fluent Spoken English

· Skillful to use ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Power Point etc.).

· Ability to work with relative autonomy.

· Lean manufacturing sense

· Team player.
