Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round HR support including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and implementation of any Corporate HR initiatives
• Act as business partner to provide timely responses and advise for line managers and employees
• Monitor headcount budget and responsible for annual budget forecasting and communication
• Handle recruitment process from headcount request, interview selection, on-boarding and orientation process
• Handle monthly payroll and benefits administration in compliance with legal and internal regulation
• Collect and analyze information or data related to C&B program
• Conduct training needs analysis and organize training programs
• Monitor and implement performance management related activities
• Organize staff relations activities and handle staff issues if any
• Prepare HR related reports, statistics and analysis
• Maintain employee records in personal file and in HR system are up-to-date
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years solid human resources experience in logistics or manufacturing industry; Experience in MNC or global company is preferable
• HR generalist or business partner experience is required
• Proficient in labour law and local regulations
• Strong execution skills; detail-minded, result-oriented and able to work independently within deadline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Good PC skills
