REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in multinational forwarding company as on-site Operator or Customer Service.
3. Good freight forwarding knowledge and familiar with freight operations process and requirements.
4. Detail oriented.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Sense of customer service.
7. Can be work under pressure.
8. Time management skills.
9. Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.
10. Excellent computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Summary
To act as the bridge between down town office and on site operation at designated place..
To coordinate the daily operations with customer and internal teams (i.e. BD team, Operations team and Customer Service team, etc).
To ensure our service meets the requirement of customer.
To supervise as well as monitor our supplier’s daily operations meeting our requirement.
1. Stationed at our supplier or customer’s site.
2. Independently work with customer for their shipment as well as other related documents.
3. Keep day-to-day correspondence and communication between customer and relative internal parties.
4. Coordinate the daily operations, include but not limited to booking, customs clearance, trucking and documentations, etc.
5. Ensure the service standards meet or exceed customer’s requirement by providing excellent performance.
6. Ensure all shipment are handled smoothly and on a timely manner.
7. Help the manager to streamline the operation procedure at the designated site to meet customer’s satisfaction.
8. Be responsible for preparing relevant reports.
