Assistant Fin & Admin. Manager
1.Responsibility for the company's daily financial, accounting and taxation operations, including regular reporting to HK office;
2.Managing the company's government reporting (e.g., company secretarial), as well as the details of the company's trading operations (financial transfers, customs requirements) and offices;
3.Developing and implementing systems and reporting to make the company more effective; 4.Managing relationships with suppliers, customers, banks, and other administrative parties as needed;
5.Other ad hoc assignments from time to time
You need to have:
1.At least five years' working experience in China trade, preferably import-export, including accounting, tax reporting responsibilities;
2.A higher diploma or above in accounting, or a related field with accounting qualification; 3.Proactive and confident personality, comfortable dealing with customers;
4.Strong computer skills, Kingdee and MS office, and strict attention to details and timeline; 5.Ability to communicate in both English & Mandarin as well as Cantonese will be preferred.
