Job Scope & Requirement :

• To set up and lead projects,
• To lead project teams and conduct projectplanning,
• To control and follow-up for new product development and production projects so as to meet the project targets for time, quality and costs.
• To establish a project process and assure that the project is carried out according to this process

Work Experience

• 5+ years work experience in project area
• Good communication skill and be able to work with people of different background/ departments
• Wide range of common knowledge of electrical- electronic- mechanical manufacturing industries and processes
• Good knowledge in R&D process for electromechanical products
• Strong sense of time schedule and team inspiration
• Experience with Quality tools.
• Good English language and communication skills

· Structured mindset

Education Background

• University degree, major in mechanical and electrical engineering
