Logistics clerk
We are a fast-growing importer, exporter, and manufacturer of fertilizers and specialty products, primarily for the golf industry.
This job includes:
? handling our import-export operations, including government permits, customs clearance and related paperwork, etc;
? Customer service, both for deliveries and for sales follow-up, including regular conversations with customers and working closely with the in-house sales team on day-to-day customer support;
? Working closely with the finance team on the company's customs and tax filings;
? Helping to manage relationships with suppliers and government entities, as well as customers;
Occasional travel, within China and to Hong Kong, will be required.
You need to have:
? At least three years' working experience in import-export, ideally with responsibilities for customs reporting;
? customs broker license holder with related experience will be preferred;
? Customer-service focus. Independent, proactive, and positive personality;
? Strict attention to detail;
? Strong computer skills, preferably including experience with an ERP or CRM system;
? Ability to communicate in both English & Cantonese as well as Mandarin will be preferred.
