工作内容:

1. Build and manage project team, complete cross departments and external coordination and treatment; 

2. Provide customer requirements, engineering specifications to each team member, analysis project changing risks and carry on risks control;

3. Make communication, project execution plan according to customer requirements, make project milestones and project overall control schedule; 

4. Project internal and external management, fully control whole project process (includes startup, proposal, execution, monitor and ending), and determine project resources, progress, quality and delivery etc. relative aspects; 

5. Communicate between internal team and external customer during leading project, report to company management level periodically;

6. Follow up and optimize project progress; guarantee to deliver high quality products to customer according to customer requirements and timing plan;

7. Communicating, authorizing, and follow up managing of the project.

8. Ensure the projects handed to production s timely.

9. Finish assessment and evaluation after project completed.

10. Maintain and develop client relationships, support business affairs.

1、负责组建及管理项目小组，完成跨部门及外部协调与处理；

2、负责将客户要求、工程规范传达到各项目成员，分析项目变更的风险及进行风险控制；

3、负责根据用户需求制定沟通、执行项目运营计划，制定项目阶段性目标和项目总体控制计划；

4、 负责公司外部及内部项目的管理，对完整的项目周期（启动、规划、执行、监控及收尾）进行全程管控，并确定项目资源、进程、质量与交付等相关环节工作；

5、负责主导项目过程中内部团队和外部客户的沟通，向公司管理层进行定期汇报；

6、负责跟踪项目进程和对项目过程进行优化；确保按照客户需求和时间进度，交付高品质的客户项目；

7、负责项目变更的沟通、授权及跟踪管理；

8、保证项目移交生产的及时性；

9、负责项目完成后的总结评估；

10、负责客户关系发展与维护，协助公司开展商务工作。

岗位职责:

1. Applicant have bachelor degree or above majoring in Mechanical Engineering, strong ability in public relations, ability to make immediate response, business negotiation ability, and are familiar with project management system.

7. Applicant who has integrated equipment manufacturing project management experiences or who holds PMP management certificate is preferred.

1、机械专业本科以上学历，较强的客户公关能力、应变能力和商务洽谈能力，熟系项目管理体系；

7、具有集成设备制造项目管理工作经验或PMP管理证书者优先；
