The Role / Responsibilities:



As a Tech Lead/Solution Architect, you will be reporting to the Senior Technical Manager and your responsibility include.

1. Software design and development in J2EE Struts/Spring/Hibernates environment.

2. To support business consultant on functional specification development by providing technical viability assessment and high-level technical solution design.

3. To design and review system architecture, follow the software engineering process to generate high-quality software module/products.

4. To identify product gap and evaluate project effort in support of project quotation and planning.

To coordinate and manage team to ensure delivery on time in high quality.



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or above degree in computer science or equivalent degree.

2. Minimum 5 years of J2EE experience.

3. Experience with J2EE projects using Struts/Spring/Hibernates, OSGI, Java Mail, JAXB, XML, Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL developing J2EE applications.

4. Experience with Flex is plus.

5. Excellent command of English, both in written and oral.

6. At least 2 years of Agile development experience.

7. Good team work and communication skills, and willing to provide support and enhancements to existing Java/web applications.

8. Minimum 3 years team management experience.
