Finance Manager - (Hong Kong <=> Shenzhen based)

Job Description

As an integral member of the Accounting team, you will manage the daily Finance & Accounting operation in conjunction with providing support and guidance to the company as a whole. Specifically, you will:

?Prepare budget and forecasting
?Produce monthly financial and management accounts in a timely and accurate manner
?Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as and when required
?Support all product costing and follow up productivity projects.
?To prepare analysis on major variances against budget on the manufacturing plants
?Act as a key member of the finance team, supporting and driving the achievement of departmental and company objectives.
?Support daily operation
?Supervise a team of Finance staff in PRC



Desired Skills & Experience

You will be a highly motivated and drive Finance professional with previous experience in a full function Finance & Accounting role in manufacturing environment. Additionally, you will possess:

?University degree or Qualified Accountant is preferred (CICPA, ACCA, AICPA, ASCPA, etc)
?Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance with at least 2 years at managerial level, preferably with experience in sizeable MNC and/or external audit experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
?Strong accounting knowledge and tax experience in PRC
?Must be hands on, hardworking and able to manage multi-tasks and work independently with initiative and a problem solver. Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
?Strong communication and leadership skills
?Good command of written and spoken English including Mandarin.
?A pro-active and supportive team player.
?Willing to travel to PRC
