1.大学专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业；
2.了解设计模式和UML，熟练掌握面向对象的开发方法，具有2年以上OO环境开发经历；
3.熟练掌握 熟悉至少一种DBMS 如MySql，SQL Server、Oracle，了解存储过程和性能配置；
4.具有良好的英语读写能力，；
5.2年以上的Java、C#、C++应用开发经验，以上开发工具都曾经用过尤佳；
6.有 网络爬虫(SPider)经验, 数据提取分析经验者优先,；
7.熟悉J2EE主流技术,熟练使用Eclipse或VS开发工具　，掌握Struts/spring/hibernate/ibatis 等开源框架的开发，熟悉TFS。
8.具有较强的学习、分析问题解决问题的能力；具有良好的团队合作精神和与人沟通的能力；能够承担较大的工作压力；
9.充满激情，性格活泼开朗
10.工作紧急情况下，可接受加班。
