Key Accountabilities:


--Cooperate with both IO &Comops SC on S&OP management to ensure smooth supply of non-seasonal products.
--Handle the planning and ordering process in SAP for non seasonal products
--Facilitate non-seasonal products regular planning meetings and build up TOH sampling plan

--Contribute to flu campaign readiness and execution,
--Build up plan orders in SAP
--Batch tracking( including monovalent, FBP, F&P )
--Follow up every batches until released
--Coordinate cross functional remediation plan
--Ensuring continuously good alignment between bulk, blending and F&P

--Data collection and report generation to support analysis
--MM master data management in SAP system
--Assistant to the manager to lead the supply chain activity
--Contribute to industry performance, including FFF, 5S etc



Job Requirements:

--bachelor degree
--At least 3 - 5 years of planning experience
--At least 3 years work experiences in an international environment
--Knowledge of planning and ordering process
--Good at data analysis
--Proficient with SAP MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
--Strong communication skill
--Good command of verbal and written English
