职位描述
Location: Shenzhen
Job Description:
1. Provide leadership and ensure compliance to establish Quality and Environmental Management Systems such as ISO 9000, ISO 14001, TL 9000, OHSAS 18001, SA 8000 etc.
2. Drive quality strategies, policies, improvement metrics and plans.
3. Provide customer support and response in quality complaints.
4. Supervise the quality assurance and control teams including supplier management in quality aspects.
5. Implement and maintain quality system and environmental management system to ensure high product and process quality.
6. Implement continuous improvement programs;
7. Involve in vendor qualification and RoHS programs.
Qualification:
1. University degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering preferably with cable assembly knowledge;
2. 8+years working experience. Min. 5 years experience in total quality management, i.e Quality Assurance, continuous improvement , quality control and quality system, etc, 3 years
experience in SQE management.
3. Trained in quality management and familiar with ISO9000, ISO14001, QS9000 and OHSAS18000, preferably a qualified auditor;
4. Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, 6-Sigma;
5. Possess strong organizational ability and leadership skills and good communication skill; Strong problem solving skills and sense of cooperation;
6. Understanding of Japan culture and ways of dealing with Japanese customers is preferred.
7. Fluent in written & spoken English. Good command in both English and Japanese is preferred.
8. Have working experience in multinational corporation is preferred.
9. Expatriates (such as Singaporeans, Malaysians) who are currently working in China or willing to work in China will be considered.
