职位描述
Responsibility:
? Develop and manage of scope of work and program timelines with GM. Work closely with the GM to ensure that all the appropriate resources and plans are in place to deliver ALL projects
? Develop and manage budgets with finance program manager
? Working closely with Sales, Program manage product developments & customer on boarding across engineering,operations (including the RFQ process), new business and finance using the PCP / Modified PCP.
? Develop & implement project governance,including key project performance metrics and indicators to ensure project management improvements are highly visible
? Lead a small team of Project managers
? Support GM in achieving revenue goals
? Participate in new business calls as appropriate to help develop the value proposition
? Support customer engagements
? Review/edit/final proofread guidelines, written documentation to client, creative presentations, etc., before they are submitted
? Ensure documentation of best practices, case studies and lessons learned on a client engagement
In certain circumstances, provide content (consultation, writing, planning suggestions, etc.) Internal and external relationships
? Working very closely with the Sales lead and Field Sales engineers for each project
? Closely working with the Divisional R&D team to support and identify advance development solutions where appropriate
? Close relationship with the Plant GM to ensure resource management for all projects
? Close working with Divisional Procurement team to ensure best cost solutions
? Closely working with Divisional Head of Engineering to develop and evolve the Engineering structure to ensure that ongoing and future development costs are minimized
? Reporting and communicating with the customer on all project development activities
