Responsibilities:
1, According to the annual development plan, fully responsible for the plant's production operations,
administration and personnel management;
2, Led the team to accomplish company goals.
3, Responsible for the daily management of the factory and staff management, guidance,
training and assessment;
4, The development of annual production plan, production scheduling, management and control;
5, Responsible for factory (foreign) organization and management, staffing, equipment configuration,
and production scheduling;
6, And urge all sectors of production, quality control, storage and transportation, etc., and motivate
their performance.

Qualifications:
1, College education, male, aged 28-45 years old;
2, More than five years consumer electronics manufacturing company executives work experience, have a mobile phone / tablet computer products industry experience, work experience is preferred;
3, Familiar with the operation and management of the factory's production, there is a wealth of production management, cost control, quality management, logistics management and other aspects of experience;
4, To understand the ISO quality management system and 5S on-site management, with extensive experience in lean manufacturing practices.
5, Have a good ability to plan, guidance, coordination, decision-making ability, strong overall coordination and organizational management capabilities.
6, Good English communication skills, able to adapt to foreign Mill management.
