HR Manager
Job Responsibility:
Based upon the sound understanding about the company development and Corp HR guidelines, lead local HR process upgrade and integration;
People development, lead HR team to do the service innovation upon the reasonable process chain, which could enhance HR's satisfaction among internal customers and help to establish HR's role as strategy, business partner;
Contribute on the improvement of company Job/position management system;
To push company culture program;
Manage candidate interview, employee relationship, leave interview to better understand "people" and where need to be improved;
Establish digital HR management upon effective objective management and KPI management;
Establish RLG talent pool via lots of efforts on company image program;
Positive interaction with the HR groups and network, get the timely and 1st hand industry relevant info;
Contribute on the establishment of RLG employer branding;
Employees' career path management and succession planning;
Facilitate two-way communication between management and staff at all levels;
Other assignments from director.

Requirement:
Be familiar with relevant China Labor Laws ;
8+ years working experience in HR area, 2+ years working at managerial position;
Logical and creative thinking on project management, process management and problem solving;
Result-oriented communication;
Time and pressure management;
Self-driven, and ability to learn and to try new concept and practice innovation;
Good language skills - Chinese and English (written & verbal);
Good at Office, especially EXCEL and PPT.
