职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
· To coordinate with travel vendors and WM associates to provide qualified travel arrangement service
· To ensure company payment for travel arrangement for business purpose
· Support administration department to handle travel relevant issues
· To guide travelers and visitors how to make regular travel arrangement under GS Travel Policy
· To handle irregular travel arrangements
· To provide necessary company documents for visitors, such as company/government invitation letter
· To handle travel relevant issues, such as associate relocation, calling card etc
· Execute GS travel policy and SOP explanation
· To ensure all company payment for air ticket and hotel should be for business purpose and got proper approval in advance.
· To provide training or explanation to WM associates and qualified vendors on travel arrangement issues.
· To complete travel purpose record daily and monthly.
· Audit company property use
· To take care of the execution issues including Air Ticket, Hotel, Invitation Letter, Calling card, Access management, Business Visa
· To do the coordination including Travel arrangement for VIP trip, WMGS Travel Policy explanation to associates and appointed vendors, GS Event /meeting arrangement support, and to work on with Vendor and WM associate for complex travel arrangement
· Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed
Basic Requirements:
· 3+ years working experience with Bachelor degree above
· Good English oral and written skill as well as local language
· Strong communication skill
· High sense of urgency
· Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative; Takes ownership
· Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures
· Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and keep them on track
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
