Job Descriptions:

• Lead the GDC Team to ensure service level meet and exceed the KPIs
• Play an important role in the implementation of iniviatives/efforts/projects,to ensure the timeline and service level are met
• Closely monitor operations to ensure the process are compiling to retail markets' regulations and needs
• Liaise with retail markets, 3PLs, banks on requirements, performance and processes
• Develop and enforce policies, guidelines and procedures for continuous improvement of the overall process
• Set goals and objectives for GDC team
• Plan, monitor and manage resources
• Initiate/manage projects to drive productivity
• Develop and retain talent for organisation
• Support to build best in class logistics organisation

Job Requirements:

• Degree hilder in logistics management or related discipline
• 10 years experiences in logistics with minimum 3 years experience at managerial level (Candidates with less experience may consider for Manager position)
• Excellent people/leadership skills to lead cross cultural teams
• Familiar with a global environment
• Solid knowledge of supply chain logistics and procurement office operations
• Excellent team player
• High standards in personal and professional integrity
• Good communication/presentation skills - English and local language
• Creative problem solving skills
• Open minded to new and innovative ideas
• Fully independent
• People and project management experience
