Data Analyst 数据分析师 (6-month contract)

Job Details-
? Coordinate with data source providers (internally and third party service providers), to retrieve and consolidate data to meet reporting and data needs of the management

? Validate the data accuracy and completeness before processing

? Ensure on time delivery of the regular reports and data analysis on each QA Tracking indicators (includes, but not limited to- Testing, Inspections, Customer Returns, Recalls and Withdrawals) for all Direct Import supported countries :-
1. Regular Semi-Raw data pack for each category/ MQE team
2. Regular management reports, scorecards, deep dive report/analysis

? Be a “Trainer”- to assist internal associates to easy to use QA data and information properly and efficiently

? Work on projects, ad hoc reports and analysis as needed or directed, which may require collaboration with inter/cross functional teams (e.g. QC / MQE/ Finance/ ISD/Internal Audits/ Operations/Supplier Admin, etc…) and/or third parties service providers

Requirements-
? Highly developed numerical and analytical ability
? Proficiency in mathematics and related fields
? Structured, organized, methodical and detail-minded
? Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills to ensure effective support of initiatives
? Understanding and ability to apply latest technology and process study trends and methodologies
? 4-year degree in computer, technology, statistics, information system, database design and development
