Job Description

· Prepare the monthly variance analysis for field operations which will be used for monthly performance review

· Prepare P&L reports for individual departments and function heads and provide answers to questions raised

· Assist in the annual budgeting exercise

· Responsible for the update of budget book and reporting definitions

· Collect & maintain the 12-month rolling forecasts from various departments

· Responsible and accountable for completeness and accuracy of budgets and rolling forecasts

· Build reports which improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the analysis of monthly operating results

· Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports as required

Handle independently all requests and queries from departments and offices.

Job Requirement

· Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles

· Good knowledge of the US and international GAAPs

· Experience in financial planning and analysis

· Experience in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for multinational corporations

· Excellent Excel skills is a must

· Essbase/Hyperion knowledge and skills are preferable

· Good command of English as well as local language

· Working towards CPA qualifications

· Independent, outgoing and self-motivated
