Responsibilities:
1. Hardware design for switching mode power supply including AC/DC charger, car charger, portable adaptors.
2. Creates SMPS section proposal, specification definition, and component definition.
3. Creates preliminary SMPS section design according to product specifications for technical feasibility which includes costs, features and time to market and submits for approval.
4. Design schematics, creates BOM and PCB layout to ensure successful prototype test.
5. Creates switch mode transformer specification definition and design.
6. Develop and execute product test plan, review/report test result and develop action plan accordingly.
7. Performs DFMEA design reviews and electrical design reviews for SMPS section under development, submits for approval, and follow up on corrective actions needed.
8. Troubleshooting and fix all related issues for SMPS section on new development product (include EMC/Safety issue).
9. Works with other related engineers to finalize the housing enclosure needed for release.
10. Works with supplier to set-up long lead time part, pilot, and mass production orders.
11. Obtains focus group feedback and makes necessary improvements to design and pilot for production.
12. Receive consumer feedback, analyzes data for needed improvements, writes and submit ECN to implement necessary changes and coordinates with production.

Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years experience in car charger and AC-DC charger design experience.
2. Able to independently design car charger and AC-DC charger.
3. Familiar with vehicle equipment specification, and have practical experience in EMC / EMC / EMI / Safety.
4. Proficient in transformer design, have a certain understanding in magnetic materials, independent design of the transformer.
5. Proficient in analog circuit and digital circuit design.
6. Experience for mechanical and heat design.
7. System level troubleshooting ability.
8. Experienced with schematic design and system PCB layout, be familiar with OrCAD and Power PCB design and capture tools.
9. Electrical and mechanical cooperative experience.
10. Experience for SMPS supplier assessment.
11. Written and read English skills is a must, fluent oral English speaking is highly appreciated;
12. Experience with Li-ion/Polymer battery based portable product design is a good plus;
13. Be self-motivated, self-managed, team-oriented, proactive, and hands-on, able to overcome obstacles to meet schedule requirements.

岗位要求：
1. 容易合作，责任心强，可以承受较大的工作压力。
2. 电力电子技术相关专业本科毕业，1-2年相关工作经验。
3. 精于开关电源设计和调试，熟悉开关电源的各种拓扑，熟悉磁性元件设计。
4. 具有扎实的专业基础，良好的学习拓展能力，能够不断学习并快速掌握新技术。
5. 精通各种电源开发工具和仿真软件。
6. 熟练掌握原理图( OrCAD )和PCB ( POWERPCB )相关的EDA工具，制图规范，准确，美观。
7. 动手能力强，能够熟练使用烙铁调试电路。
8. 工作语言是英语，英文读写良好。
