Main duties and responsibilities:
? Order handling management includes mainly:
o Sales Contracts handling
o ERP system input and ATP checking.
o Finished Goods planning and ordering from LINAK production facilities
o Forecast management
o Order follow up (Customer’s order and FG purchasing order both)
o Shipping instruction for shipment to customers
? Maintain CS Weekly Routines, Monthly Routines and KPI.
? FG stock management, controlling and analysis for stock turnover improvement.
? Sales supporting about repeat ordering.
? Customer information management and analysis, customer’s relationship development and management.
? Provide a good CS level to meet customer’s need includes fast supporting, communication, coordination and guidance.
? Be the bridge between Sales, Production, Suppliers and C/S function.
Required skills/experience:
? Perfect in verbal and written Mandarin language
? Fluent in verbal and written English
? Min. 5 years Customer Service experience in international company.
? Familiar with SCM procedure and practical operation.
? Be a good team player.
? Customer oriented, good communication skills, be good at providing guidance and help to customers for problem solving or their SCM improvement.
? High responsibility, willing to undertake responsibilities and work under pressure.
? Does not take “no” as an answer, but pursues possibilities to get things done in a timely manner
The Customer Service Representative reports to CS Team Leader.
