工作要求

1、大专以上学历，工业设计或艺术设计类专业毕业；
2、3年以上电子类产品、创意产品、皮具箱包、设计类相关工作经验；
3、熟悉皮具产品加工工艺流程；
4、设计思维灵活，设计理念新颖，灵感丰富，能较敏锐的洞察吸收新的流行元素；对造型、色彩、工艺、表面处 理有充分的感知和把握能力；
5、敢于打破常规，大胆创新，能够独立开发产品；
6、具备3C数码行业产品设计经验的优先考虑。

岗位职责：
1、主要负责皮具产品的外观造型设计、结构设计、包装设计、宣传资料设计；
2、主要负责3C数码配件创意产品的开发与设计，主要是智能手机及周边保护类产品设计；
3、负责保护套类产品的开发设计和规划，主要是真皮/PU/布料；
4、负责新品的材料开发、颜色搭配、功能性创意设计；
5、新产品研究、定位、可行性分析和竞争对手分析；
6、协助工厂进行打板，工艺问题等制作工作。
