职位描述

Admin Officer(行政专员)

岗位职责: 

1. 负责到工商局、税务局及银行等部门办理相关证照的申请、变更、注销及其他相关业务;完成工商注册及执照变更业务的流程实施;

2. 招调工,港澳通行证的办理跟进;

3. 车辆的安排调度; 

4. 固定资产的管理;新办公室装修的跟进;

5. 协助经理完成其他日常事务性工作。


岗位要求:

1. 大专学历以上,两年以上相关行政人事工作经验,英语熟练者优先;

2. 熟悉外勤各类证件的办理者优先;

3. 为人踏实,处事干练,善于处理各类行政突发事件;





Key Functions and Job Duties:


1.General Administration Duties


1.1 Oversee all round office administrative functions of the Offices.

1.2 Supervise Admin. Team on the daily job duties to ensure smooth operation of entire office, e.g. good conditions of all office furniture and equipment, sufficient office supply, printing name cards and other printing materials for employees, efficient document flow and outdoor delivery and collection assignments, courier services etc……

1.3 Prepare and monitor the administration expenses reports.

1.4 Review the space arrangement of office according to company expansion

1.5 Manage and assist in renovation project (Office and warehouse).

1.6 Liaise with subcontractors regarding office renovation project.

1.7 Liaise with subcontractors for the maintenance and repair of office machines and furniture such as fax machine, photocopier, water cooler, etc.

1.8 Liaise with The Property Management office for maintenance and public facilities.

1.9 Liaise and arrange with subcontractors for office cleaning purpose.

1.10 Source for suppliers and negotiate for a better deal on procurement of office equipment.

1.11 Verify all Administration invoices and expense reports and pass them to Accounting Department for processing.

1.12 Coordinate with all offices to maintain the Emergency contact lists are updated.

1.13 Arrange and follow up the renewal of BR, office/car License, and office rental

1.14 Company car management.

1.15 Liaise with Driver for company car maintenance and repair

1.16 Monitor Business Travel and Hotel reservation issues.


2. Occupational Health and Safety


2.1 Monitor in implementing health and safety system, such as first aid, fire safety, housekeeping and office security.


2.2 Coordinate with IT Department for Security facilities arrangement and maintenance service.
