Ruckus Wireless is a publicly traded company in USA and this position reports to the APAC Controller. The senior accountant will be responsible for China subsidiary accounting and finance functions and majority of his/her time will be working in our Nan Shan District, Shenzhen office. The responsibilities include, but not limit to the followings:

· Inter-company billing and reconciliation.

· Good understanding of multiple currency, exchange gain or loss, revaluation, translation, consolidation, spot rate, average rate and historical rate concepts.

· Month end closing, supporting schedule tie out, prepaid amortization, accrued expenses and bank reconciliation.

· Reporting trial balance by cost center, trend analysis, fixed assets and roll-forward schedule.

· Manage accounts payable for local purchases as well as international purchase requirements, VAT input and output in China.

· Payroll experiences, bonus accrual, commission payment and knowledge of ESPP withholding.

· Manage employee expense reports in Concur and petty cash.

· Company secretarial experiences in China.

· Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Skill requirements:

· 5 years experiences in accounting and finance.

· College degree.

· Multi-national company experiences as the job requires good understanding of inter-company transactions and billings in multiple currency.

· SAP experiences preferred. Concur experience a plus.

· Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, vlookup).

· Fluency in English and Mandarin
