2、 二年以上网络推广工作经验；熟悉所有的网络推广手段并有成功经验，从事和参与过大型网站推广方案的策划、实施；
3、 精通 Google 、 Baidu 等搜索引擎相关知识以及 Alexa 排名机制和优化原则，精通广告联盟推广，熟悉 Blog 、 SNS 等 web2.0 理念以及 BBS 、社区等及其他新兴网络功能，熟练利用搜索引擎、相关行业网络媒体、邮件、论坛、 bbs 、 blog 、 IM 、 SNS 等多种网络推广方式开展公司网站和相关产品推广工作；
4、 具有敏锐的思维和创新能力，较强的学习能力、拓展能力和协调能力，思维缜密细致，善于研究用户使用习惯，从细节中发现并提炼激活新老用户的有效技术营销措施；能提出富于创意而有效的网络推广方案，并能高效推动方案的执行；
5、 对工作积极主动，具备优秀的团队协作精神，有责任心、执行力强、服从安排。
