Our company seeks a dedicated, professional and trustworthy employee to become part of our Shenzhen,  supplier management/procurement activities.  This person must be willing to work hard to locate, secure and manage sources of supply for quotation and manufacturing.   Candidate must have the ability to understand basic product design, production and assembly requirements.  Candidate must have the ability to hold suppliers accountable to the agreed upon requirements for manufacturing and production.  This position is full-time and does not permit the employee to retain other employment outside of the company.

Job Description:
*Required by a growing manufacturing and product development company with diverse customer base ranging from large established manufacturers, specialty electronics and entrepreneurial clients.
*Manage suppliers for on-time quotation and production requirements.
*Obtain quotes and negotiate price and schedules to meet required needs while holding suppliers accountable to these requirements.
*Qualify and secure new sources of supply based on required needs.
*Responsive, good communication and support to corporate office and preparation of project management reports.

Requirements:  
*Minimum 3 years experience in supplier management, purchasing and production activities managing mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical parts, productions and assemblies.
*Strong business and manufacturing background.
*Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
*Strong ties and relationships in manufacturing community.
*Solid understanding of manufacturing principles that will be suitable in qualifying and managing sources of supply.
*Familiar with production process controls and quality systems.
*Disciplined, self-directed, task-oriented.
*Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
*Good  written and spoken English and Fluent Mandarin.
*Ability to work independently and faithfully.
