Job Location:Shanghai or Shenzhen

Responsibilities：

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing project and account management of strategic customers, to ensure total customer satisfaction. Manage assigned channel partners or clients to meet sales targets and ensure total customer satisfaction.

1. Day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customer.
2. Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements.
3. Provide communication between customers and production on status of orders.
4. Keep in close contact with representatives from OEM customers to determine needs in order to
expand sales.
5. Perform OEM and aftermarket sales.
6. Work with engineers to develop custom products for specific customer needs.
7. Attend sales meetings and conferences.
8. Develop goals and objectives in accordance with company goals and objectives.
9.Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers regarding status of orders, new orders and problem solving.
11. Provide updated marketing and sales forecast.
12. Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
13. Special projects as requested.

Required Skills:

3-5 or 5+ year sales working experience in cooling/heat management company/industry

Engineering/Technical knowledge and background

Strong new bussniess development ability

Local design in experience is perfered

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Must be fluent in English, other languages preferred depending on assigned area.
Ability to travel frequently.(30% per month)
