Title: HR Generalist - Operation

Job type: Full time regular

Location: Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities:

To support Company strategic objectives by delivering conscientious quality HR service to all levels within the Organization, the HR Operation Generalist is responsible for administration of employee compensation and benefits, and to continually invest in our most valuable assets, our employees.

• Provide support for employment, compliance, compensation and benefits
• Provide payroll service to Asia employees.
• Administer various China Social Benefits plans such as life, health, and disability insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave and leave of absences.
• Processes all status changes including terminations, movement etc. (paper and HRIS).
• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
• Responsible for operation enhancement and efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Candidate must be a self-directed team player and have computer proficiency (i.e. Windows-based applications, MS Office, Internet, etc.)
• Candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of China Social Benefits, China payroll.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain HR policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and perform detailed work while exercising analytical, independent judgment and discretion
• Ability to achieve results under tight deadlines

Required Experience:

• Bachalor degree required
  Major in HRM, BA in business preferred
  Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in HR preferred
