Job Responsibilities

The role is to work in Shenzhen, and responsible for
1.Timely and accurate processing of Fixed Asset transactions in SAP and all related tasks to achieve the agreed business goals.
2.Ensure the delivery of high quality, customer focused service to the clients and prioritize tasks to choose the most appropriate approach.
3.Need to adhere to the control framework in place and recommend improvements to existing procedures and processes.
4.Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
1.Fluent written and oral communication skill in both Chinese and English
2.Good knowledge and understanding of accounting theory, transaction and data processing
3.Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks with tight deadlines, work independently, proactively and propose solutions for known issues
4.Strong analytical skill, excellent time management and organizational skills
5.Client service orientation skills
6.highly independent, responsible, and attention to detail

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience
2.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Lotus Notes or equivalent email tool (MS Outlook)
3.SAP experience is welcome
4.Audit experience is a surplus
