Key Account Manager
Job Description
Reporting directly to: VP of sales
Location: Beijing
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Develop e-commerce plan and tracking online sales achievement
Plan key account target including existing account pipeline and develop new account
Design retail/online reseller management procedure, policy and certificate, extend channel policy to online reseller
Build up retail/online reseller's structure, identify FD or channel support
Drive key account performance including household and account number
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications
University Degree in IT management, or a relevant combination of professional certification, have e-commerce knowledge
8+ years experiences in IT in the Chinese market, prefer in AV area
Ability to negotiate with channel partner
Mature and able to manage customer.
Good negotiation skills, understanding of product and key account management
Strong presentation and problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
