职位描述

Responsibilities工作职责:


1. To be in charge of IT team management in Shenzhen and Guangzhou office.


负责深圳和广州办公室IT部门的管理工作;


2. To analysis and report to office administrator the IT requirement of office.


进行办公室的IT需求分析并向办公室管理者汇报;


3. To support HQ and EA IT to manage the server hardware and software deployment and upgrade; support the management of Active Directory’s group policy and structure on windows server.


配合总部和东亚区IT管理部门进行各类服务器软件和硬件的部署和升级,以及协助管理Windows server上活动目录的结构和组策略;


4. To Assist HQ and EA IT to handle new network infrastructure improvement, design and implementation; Network device configuration and WAN connection management; Report to office administrator the status of office equipment.


协助总部和东亚区IT管理部门进行新建网络基础设施的规划、设计和实施;网络设备的配置和广域网链接的管理;向办公室管理者汇报IT设施变动情况;


5. IT Technology and solutions evaluation; Advise management on application/system development and latest technology options; Software and hardware procurement consulting/evaluation.


IT技术的评估;对应用程序/系统的开发和最新可选用技术向管理层提出建议;对软件和硬件的采购提供咨询和评估;


6. Analysis of users' requirement on information system and organize the new system/application planning, testing and deployment.


分析用户对信息系统的需求和组织对新系统/应用程序的规划、测试和部署;


7. Responsibility in ensuring high availability and security of all IT systems, services and networks; DRP review and revision; accountable for the change management process.


确保所有IT系统、服务和网络的安全及高可用性;灾难恢复计划的复查和修订;负责变更管理流程;


8. Responsible for IT budgeting, IT resource allocation and asset management.


负责IT的预算,IT资源的合理分配和资产管理;


9. Create or carry out IT policies, procedures and guidelines. Optimize and document IT processes.


建立或贯彻IT的政策、处理模式和指导方针;记录并优化IT业务流程;


10. Coordinate with East Asia IT to ensure that the development of local IT is align with HQ IT directives and policies.


与东亚区IT保持协调,确保局部IT的发展与总部整体的信息技术指导方针一致;


11. In charge of the planning/organizing of IT training for staffs. IT related training for new employees.


负责计划组织员工的IT培训;新员工IT相关方面的培训。





Requirements职位要求:


1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.


计算机科学、计算机工程、信息技术或相关专业本科以上学历;


2. At least 8 years working experience in the IT department of multinational companies with minimum 1 year in IT management position.


至少在跨国公司的IT部门工作满八年,其中至少一年处于IT管理岗位;


3. In-depth knowledge in Microsoft OS, networking concepts/devices, office automation applications, current hardware/software technology and the trend of information technology evolution.


对微软操作系统、网络设备和概念、办公自动化应用、现时的软硬件技术和未来信息技术的发展方向有深入的了解;


4. Have rich experience of information management and service support.


在信息管理和服务支持方面有丰富经验;


5. Good command of English, both spoken and written; CET-6 or above.


英文书面和口头良好,CET-6以上。
