职位描述

职位目的：
设计开发产品，改进工艺流程。
Main Accountabilities
1. Direct employees in the development and implementation of new processes.
引导产品流程的开发和实施；
2. Ensure a thorough understanding/ brief of the customer/ project requirements is obtained
保证完全理解客户需求，保证项目需求达成；
3. Involvement in site infrastructure projects;
参与场内基础设施项目；
4. Involvement in New Product Development projects;
参与新产品新项目的开发；
5. Inspecting equipment for use in production lines;
检查产线设备使用情况；
6. Translation of technical documents for TJM Australia
帮助TJM澳洲团队翻译相关技术文件；
7. Assess safety requirements and ensure that these are integrated into the process.
做安全需求评估并保证将其加入生产流程；
8. Provide engineering design and drafting as requried
按照需求提供工程设计和制图
9. Develop packaging design – e.g. carton templates
开发产品的包装设计；
10. Create BOM’s in SAP system
在SAP系统简历BOM表；
11. Design processes and equipment related to the creation of products that are cost effective and within budget
控制成本，按预算设计新品开发的流程与设施
12. Implement process designs, create prototypes, test and make necessary modifications where required and commission the process.
实施流程设计，建模、测试、根据需求和流程修改设计；
13. Ensure the efficient and safe functioning of all the processes related to producing new TJM product
保证所有产品相关流程功能有效、安全；
14. Ensure Engineering Documentation is maintained according to TJM standard procedures
按TJM标准流程维护工程文件；
Experience, Qualifications & skills
1. Competent in written and spoken English & Chinese
良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力；
2. College Education – Associate Diploma of Engineering (or equivalent)
大专以上学历；工程类专业；
3. Experience in Solid Works and Auto Cad
熟练使用Solid Works和CAD软件；
4. Experience in SAP or similar ERP
熟悉SAP或ERP系统；
5. Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Word
熟悉OFFICE软件；
6. Previous applied engineering experience preferable or experience with the manufacture of fabricated products
丰富的工程设计经验，最好有制造装配产品相关经验
7. Practical experience in the Automotive sector is preferable
有汽车配件产品经验更佳；
