Purpose of Position 职位目的
To ensure that Quality procedures and work methods affecting quality are implemented, supported, and maintained throughout the production process.
保证品质程序和引导品质的工作方法在整个生产过程中的贯彻落实，对产品生产进行支持、保障维护。
Reporting To 汇报对象：品质主管
Main Accountabilities 主要职责
? Ensure you act responsibly and perform work duties in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety standards
保证工作行为认真负责、保证所遵守并按照工作场所职业健康标准行使工作职责。
? Raise Corrective Action Request’s (CAR’s) or 8D type forms and liaise with Supplier or Customer regarding the concern.
建立CAR 或8D 相关表格，与供应商和客户就品质问题联络沟通。
? Support the Quality policy by ensuring Quality in everything that we do as per ISO9001:2008, TUV homologation, and Conformity of Production requirements.
? 支持保证品质政策的贯彻，保证产品符合ISO9001:2008,TVU 标准和生产要求。
? Carry out R&R studies on any gauge and then determine suitability for production use. Monitor, log, replace or adjust all gauging equipment and replace as required.
? 负责所有测试的R &R调研，寻找适合的方法运用于生产，按要求监测、记录、替换，调试所有检测测试设备
? Develop Control plans, Visual aids and Quality awareness sheets, maintain and update as and when required ensuring that at all times production are working to the correct documentation.
? 开放建立品质控制计划、目标导航和品质标准相关流程表格文件。维护资料、必要时及时准确地更新资料，保证生产所需的品质文件精准。
? Perform 1st off, in process, IQC & layout and inspections utilising all necessary measuring equipment for Prototype and Production parts.
? 运用必要的检测工具产品的首次打样、生产过程、成型、来料、批量生产、成品出货等进行品质测试和检查。
? Carry out process capability studies reporting findings o Quality Supervisor.
? 执行品质流程和能力提升方面调研，向品质主管报告调研结果。
? Record scrap figures and identify the difference between Material and Shop Scrap.
? 记录残次品数字，有效鉴别合格产品与残次品。
? Ensure that inspection records and process documentation are maintained accurately in line with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
? 保证检查记录和过程文件准确、符合ISO 9001:2008要求。
? Be actively involved in ongoing improvements, in all operational processes.
? 积极参与整个操作流程的持续改善。.

? Internal auditor qualification
? 获得内审员资格
? Experience maintaining and working to quality system standards
? 有品质系统相关工作经验，熟悉相关系统和标准
? Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written form, including the ability to prepare reports to cross functional team levels
? 良好的书面及口头表达能力，包括为部门准备相关报告，
? Ability to read production drawings
? 熟悉阅读生产图纸；
? Ability to evaluate systems and procedures
? 有能力对品质系统和流程进行评估；
? Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative information
? 良好的分析判断能力
? Ability to close customer and supplier contact as the need arises due to quality concerns
