Training Manager

Job Description

Reporting directly to: VP of sales

Location: Beijing

Major Duties & Responsibilities
? Design external training course and session to distributor, reseller including channel policy, SONOS introduction, product introduction and sales skillset.
? Manage internal sales training including training material preparation, sales skillset, new product launch training.
? Plan and develop regional sales training program
? Evaluate training effectiveness.
? Organize the training on key selling point of product, competitor analysis, collect first hand selling information, improve and track the training result.
? Design channel top sales competition, manage skillset developing.

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications
? University Degree in IT management, or a relevant combination of professional certification
? 8+ years experiences in IT in the Chinese market
? Ability to negotiate with distributor and channel sales
? Mature and able to manage customer.
? Good negotiation skills, understanding of product and channel management
? Strong presentation and problem solving skills.
? Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
