Responsibilities:
1. Daily operation support for Customs/CIQ licenses application;
2. Liaise with internal multi functions for HS code classification, documentation collection, function manuals and others of
equipments and spare parts;
3. Liaise with external parties, like CCIC, for inspection schedule arrangement;
4. Set up operation process or WI and KPI report, manage the operation performance;
5. Set up management system of license application for accuracy verification and validation tracking;
6. Participate in compliance review in company level;
7. Involve in company's continuous innovation & improvement;
8. Manage the overall business operation;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Economics, International trade, Logistics or related;
2. 3 years working experience in Customs and trade area;
3. Good knowledge of HS classification in electronic industry;
4. Good understanding of the regulations of Customs and CIQ;
5. Working experience of kinds of Customs or CIQ licenses application would be preferred;
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with internal or external;
7. Good written and oral English;
8. Excellent in Microsoft office software, like Excel;
9. Ability to work and self-learning independently in dynamic environment, self-motivated and good team player;
