Synopsis:
As a BD Manager/Supervisor at EF English First Kids & Teens, you will join our BD team for all processes prior to the signing of the lease agreement of EF Centers from 3-18 years old.

The role:
The Site Selection Manager/Supervisor is responsible for all processes prior to the signing of the lease agreement of EF Centers. This includes regional market research, site selection and lease negotiation.


You will:
You love education and culture industry
You are a tough negotiator
You are detail oriented
You are obsessed with quality and costs
You can deliver projects on-time and on-budget

You have/are:
Bachelor degree or above
The estate market in the region is a plus
5 years or above solid site selection experience
Outstanding network and resource, know well of local market, prefer various background from different industry
