IT Helpdesk Engineer
Reporting to IT Manager, the incumbent will be located in Shenzhen.
Major Responsibilities
· Provide global service to partners in Asia together with IT team of HQ
· Maintain the office IT infrastructure to support the smooth running of business applications and to ensure user efficiency
· Maintain regularly all system administration tasks including helpdesk system, assets management. data housekeeping, performance monitoring and fine tuning, backup, and other related tasks
· Provide both user related troubleshooting
· Establish and document IT procedures, policies, standards, etc including hardware and software, virus, backup and restore, and related security topics
· Liaise with IT vendors for system and business application support, and equipment procurement
· Maintain the smooth telecommunication system
· Provide in-house and off-site technical and user support
· Liaise and communicate with the Switzerland headquarter for the IT topics
Requirements
· Bachelor in Computer or IT related
· Good command of English and Cantonese.
· Outstanding fresh graduate will also be considerable
