职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product technical support for customers after-sale, via the hotline (Indonesia language) or e-mail, diagnose and resolve the problem in the process of installation and use of the product;
2. By searching and reading technical documentation (solution), or reproducing customer’s networking in the Lab, guide customers to remove obstacles and complete the product installation and configuration;
3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, summarize relevant information during the support, make report, analyze and process;
4. Committed to achieving all the work targets set by the company, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, familiar with basic computer operation;
2. Outstanding expressing and communication skills, good sense of service and attitude;
3. Indonesia native accent, overseas Chinese is preferred;
4. With Cisco CCNA certificate is preferred;
5. Experience of customer service (such as hotline or 800 call center) or technical support after-sale is preferred;
6. Excellent English reading and writing ability (technology class) is a plus;
7. Be able to work well under pressure, good ability of learning, analyzing and solving problems;
8. Good communication and collaboration ability, team spirit; motivated and responsible;
9. Computer, network, electronic information, English, education or information dissemination, and other majors / work background is permissible;
10. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00-19:00, with 1 hour lunch break, holidays is according to Indonesia public holidays.
