Job Description

• Work with cross-functional team and suppliers to manage multiple projects to meet project requirements, deliveries and customer commitments.
• Develop project plan, schedule and budget.
• Project tracking, change control and resource management.
• Communicate critical issues; Manage project risks and conflicts.
• Monitor the progress of the project and ensure adherence to requirements and stated schedules.
• Participate and drive continuous improvement activities for the assigned products (including both technical and process initiatives).

Requirements

• 3 or 5 more years experiences in engineering project management, B.S. Degree.
• Demonstrated project management leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, great problem solving skills, and executions.
• Demonstrated excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Experience on MS project, MS office, PPT and other project management tools.
• Familiar with HW board product life cycle and development process.
• Knowledge of software configuration and software development process.
• Knowledge of Telecommunication product design, debugging, test, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong process orientation, highly organized and self-starter.
• Creative and innovative on product and process development.
