岗位职责：

1、负责预算管理、财务分析、资金管理、税收筹划、外汇业务筹划；

2、参与各种项目的投资决策，为项目开发提供决策参考；

3、合理化运营企业资金，完成企业财务计划；

4、财务部对内、外的工作汇报、沟通、协调，完成董事长交办的其他工作；

5、组织实施企业的筹资、融资事宜；

6、独立领导财务团队进行财务内部核算、账务规划和财务管理工作；

任职条件：

1、大学本科以上学历，财务相关专业背景，中级会计师资格,注册会计师优先；

2、有3年以上进出口企业资金流规划、税务筹划、财务管理相关工作经验；

3、熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计法规和政策，具备敏锐的判断力，并有较强的分析解决问题的能力，文字功底强；

4、良好电脑操作能力，熟练使用金蝶财务软件和其它办公软件。

5、 具有较强的亲和力及团队协作精神，能面对工作挑战，有责任感。
