职位描述
岗位职责
1、收集客户信息资料，利用电话或网络资源，寻找有意向客户群，负责部门和客户之间的关系协调；
2、及时处理客户提出的一些较简单的要求，并做好相应的回访工作；
3、向销售经理和主管反馈市场及客户的相关信息，协助销售经理处理与客户日常来往工作；
4、协助维护部门与客户之间的信用度与可持续合作；
5、做好客户资料的管理，以便信息的交流与合作；
6、协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作；
7、进行客户资料的管理工作，包括数据的收集整理分析，相应产品信息的电回，直邮及信息反馈工作；
任职资格
1、中专或高中及以上学历，普通话标准，口齿清晰、声音甜美；
2、一年以上电话销售或咨询热线或淘宝客服等工作经验，精通电话销售技巧；
3、熟悉互联网络，熟练使用网络交流工具和各种办公软件；
4、有较强的沟通能力。
