职位描述:

主要协助项目团队开展日常事务工作，包括：

1.辅助项目经理与客户、工程顾问、分包商、设计团队及政府相关部门进行沟通、协调，顺利开展项目工作；

2.有效跟进工程项目进度

3.协助起草项目文书（如：项目会议记录、项目进度计划表、项目招标文件、项目工作报告等）。

职位要求：

1.土木工程、建筑工程管理、建筑设计等相关专业，本科毕业；

2.有良好的专业基础知识，具备1至2年相关项目工作的经验，能独立协调各个工种开展工作；

3.熟悉建筑规范、法律法规、招投标及施工管理工作者尤佳；

4.能熟练运用相关计算机软件（Microsoft Office、Microsoft Project等）；

5.要求具备一定的写作水平，良好的英文读写程度，会粤语者优先考虑；

6.具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神，工作认真负责、敬业、踏实；

7.责任心强，认真仔细，精力充沛，团队精神强，接受理解能力强。

Job description:

As one of the largest and leading Project & Building Consultancy groups, the task of the candidate is to provide structured, concise and accurate advice based on a thorough understanding of our clients’ business needs and objectives combined with commercial awareness, the overall management of construction management. The candidate should also work with a management structure that enables consistent delivery of a high quality service to clients with their portfolio, including shopping centers, offices, industrial buildings, government buildings and residential developments.

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in architectural studies，building construction, project management or relevant .

2. More than 1~2 years work experience is required in the field of fitting out project or civil engineering project. Good understanding of basic construction knowledge and related specification and law.

3. Be expert with IT related software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft project etc.

4. Good skill in speaking and writing English. Mandarin/Cantonese speaker preferred

5. Strong responsibility, good teamwork, and good time management.
