- For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (CV)Inbound Inspector and Warehousing/ 来料检验以及仓库管理 (SF).

What are my responsibilities?

- Accept goods and provide goods to external warehouse. Accept goods from external suppliers .Controlling and checking the goods according to given procedures (e.g. amount, damages).

- Inspect the incoming goods according to given inspection plan and with help of CV guidelines. Deviations must be cleared with the involved departments. This includes technical checks (e.g. Permeability).

- Booking of the goods in SAP (incoming as well as stock movements).

- Sign and fill provided documents for incoming goods inspection, related tests and warehouse movements.

Feed the documents into the archive

- Make sure that physical inventory is align with stock shown in warehouse system (e.g. SAP).

Preform inventory counting.

- Perform physical moving of goods in- / out of warehouse as well as supply production line.

- Provide and hand over material to forwarders and to internal customer according to given documents from logistic department.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 3-5 years’ experience in Warehousing is required

- Technical Qualification/understanding 来料检验以及仓库管理技能合格/理解能力强

- Sound knowledge and capability of MS Office and Web applications能熟练运用微软办公软件以及网页应用

- SAP Knowledge in QM and MM is preferable 有质量管理以及物料管理模块的SAP知识尤佳。

- Quality Management knowledge质量管理知识

- Customer orientated, Analysis capabilities, Good Communication skills, Team player 客户导向，问题分析能力，良好的沟通技巧，良好团队合作

- Good English knowledge 有一定的英语能力

- Ability checking technical drawings and specifications, like electronic components descriptions. 能够检查技术图纸以及技术规格，如电子元器件描述。

- Experience in material handling (e.g. sourcing helper) of related material fields for electronic production preferred. 有物料处理的经验（如采购助理）或者有关电子 产品领域的物料管理尤佳。
