工作职责：
1. 根据项目本身和竞争项目的情况，制订总体的营销策略并在预算内实施；
2. 搜集竞争项目动态（成交价格，客户群体，销售渠道等），整理成具体的分析报告；
3. 适时调整营销策略，以适应项目销售进度和市场需求；
4. 负责各类广告推广，包括审阅广告公司等的方案，各种广告渠道的拓展，并跟进广告收效。

职位要求：
1. 了解成都市房地产销售政策及写字楼市场情况；
2. 必须具备2年房地产销售策划经验；写字楼/工业地产优先，有房地产销售经验优先；
3. 了解房地产广告制作/发布的相关规定；
4. 掌握CorelDraw，Photoshop，Auto CAD及MS Office的使用；
5. 大学本科学历，可读写简单英文；
6. 具有合作精神同时亦能独立自主的工作。
