职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Select, evaluate, approve and develop new suppliers from a quality standpoint
- Analyze the production processes and quality management of suppliers, initiate and implement the improvement activities/plan together with the suppliers to improve the quality and reduce costs
- Assess and manage supplier delivery performances, set up improvement actions in case supplier performance not meeting expectations
- Train suppliers in regard to Belwith standards, requirements, quality methods/tools and etc.
- Provide technical support for purchasing and other departments
- Support plant quality in APQP activities for top/key projects when required overall responsibility for supplier quality performance
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering discipline
- 4 years' experience in a similar position at MNC
- Hand-on experience of supplier quality management, and familiar with quality methods and tools
- Solid technical experience with one technology, such as casting, injection, stamping, electroplating etc.
- High sense of responsibility, Can do attitude, self-starter, Good communication & coordination skills, result-oriented
- Good command of English and Chinese both in written and oral
