职位要求：

职位描述:
岗位职责:
1、负责公司成熟网站建设项目的改进和升级(需熟悉MVC框架)
2、负责APP手机软件服务端开发
3、负责公司网站维护和技术支持；
4、根据上级要求和规划方案，负责承担模块的研发、创新；
5、与APP移动客户端的配合
6、把控应用架构、技术架构，进行有效的计划管理（需求-分析-设计-实现-测试），提前规避项目各种风险；
7、控制多个项目的实施，解决关键的技术问题，根据公司情况有意识进行新技术的研发；


岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业专科以上学历；
2、熟悉C#语言和.NET，具有两年以上C/S、B/S模式的开发经验，熟练掌握JavaScript、C#、ASP、Net等开发技术；
3、熟练掌握对ASP.NET、AJAX，熟练使用SQL SERVER或者MYSQL数据库；
4、至少5年以上软件行业工作经验，3年以上.Net开发经验，2年以上项目管理经验，至少负责过2个中型项目的主要管理工作；
5、熟悉项目管理理论，有良好的需求分析、项目规划、进度控制、风险管理等项目管理能力
6、具有优秀的需求理解、系统分析、设计和文档编写能力 、并有成熟的代码理解能力
7、富有责任心、团队精神和创新精神

Job requirements:

3, the master of the ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL skilled use of SERVER or MYSQL database;
4, at least 5 years of experience in software industry, more than 3 years.Net development experience, 2 years project management experience, at least for the main management 2 and medium-sized projects;
5, familiar with project management theory, analysis, project planning, progress control, risk management and project management ability good demand
6, with demand understanding, system analysis, design and excellent writing, and mature code comprehension
