Responsibilities:
Responsible in accounting system, analysis of financial reporting, compare the financial reports of commercial banks, policies and procedures report to be aligned with he regulatory standards at the (SLA) ,bank policy and requirements of government agencies. Registered entity to establish a local bank (LII), and participate to build accounting team to enchance effenciency of working process and support business to achieve the goal.

Key Task:
1.Set guidelines for the preparation and disclosure of Management Discussion and Analysis and of notes to financial statements with the goal of maintaining the top-tier commercial bank of International standards disclosure.
2.Prepare correct and complete financial reports in accordance with the regulatory requirement both in form of report and Data Set including raise issues which need management's action.
3.Summarize the comparison of financial statement disclosure of both commercial banks in Thailand and top-tier commercial banks abroad. Also, draft disclosure guideline of financial statement to publish the transparent and beneficial information to the users.
4.Study, interpret and preliminary summarize the methodology for preparation of financial statements, notes to financial statement and financial reports. Also, seek for guideline to improve procedure of report preparation to reflect more efficiency.
5.Coordinate with Financial Accounting Department for accounting operation.
6.Coach and support subordinates in developing competencies/career opportunities, including motivate.
7.Manage within the approved budget.
8.Perform other tasks not mentioned above, but assigned by the supervisor.
9.Provide expert advices, especially complex cases, relating to accounting and tax policies and procedures.
10.Coordinate with Financial Accounting Department for accounting operation.
11.Coach and support subordinates in developing competencies/career opportunities, including motivate.
12.Manage within the approved budget.
13.Perform other tasks not mentioned above, but assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- University graduate preferably major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years related working experience in banking industry;
- Have Accounting qualification certificate and sufficient knowledge of Accounting and Tax Policy and Fiancial reporting;
- Analytical, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Diligent and proactive, able to work under high pressure;
- English proficiency is highly preferred.
